On Project Revenant, all PvE content is designed to be flexible without breaking core WoW mechanics.
Dungeons automatically scale based on party size, from 1 to 5 players, on both Normal and Heroic difficulty. This means dungeons can be fully soloed, but still feel rewarding when played in a group. Players can enable or disable Solo Dungeon Finder directly in the interface. If a group smaller than 5 queues together, all members must have Solo Dungeon Finder enabled, otherwise they will remain in queue until a full group is formed.
Raids follow a similar philosophy, but with stricter rules. All raid modes scale down to as few as 1 player in terms of health and damage only. Raid mechanics are never removed or simplified, if a fight requires multiple players to handle mechanics, players will need to adapt and recruit others to progress. We strongly encourage grouping, but we don’t want players to be completely blocked in their progression.
In addition, Project Revenant features Timewalking Raids (Classic and TBC). These raids are designed to be completed by 1–3 players and are tied to special questlines. Defeating Timewalking raid bosses contributes to long-term progression, including unlocking new legendary weapons.
Our goal is simple:
? Encourage grouping, without forcing it and never leave players stuck.
